SECURITY
The housing complex is walled and gated with 24 hour on-site security present.
CCTV, electric fence and alarm is part of the security package.
The apartment has a locked front door with an extra security/iron gate, that can also be padlocked.

THE HOUSING COMPLEX
You have your own dedicated parking space available during your stay.
The complex has it’s own swimming pool, which is maintained by the complex’ caretaker.

APARTMENT ACCESS
You will have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay.
Only one room of the apartment (and a few cabinets) is locked off for private storage.

CLEANING
The apartment is completely cleaned and sanitised/disinfected before your arrival.
All linen, sheets and towels will be newly washed and clean for your arrival.
A complimentary welcome tray with water bottles, coffee, tea, cane sugar, and fruit will be ready for you upon arrival.
If you stay for a longer period, a weekly cleaning and change of linen, sheets and towels will be carried out.
Extra cleaning and housekeeping can be arranged for a service charge/fee.
Complete cleaning and sanitation/disinfection upon/after departure is included in the service.
Housekeeping uses gloves during cleaning, and sanitation/disinfection is carried out on handles, knobs, switches and similar. Guest safety is our priority.

SERVICES
